The Agent

  • The real estate professional is the main source of information for home buyers or buyer agents when searching for a home.   • A TEAM of agents will be working to sell your home, not just one.  My wife, Raine, and I will both be working to sell your home.  The advantage to this is that there are two agents available to take calls, two agents available to answer questions about your home and two agents available to show your home.  If one of us isn't available the other usually is.  This makes us twice as effective as a single agent.  We also have a very team oriented environment throughout our sales office of over 130 agents.

The Newspaper and Open House

  • Newspaper ads combined with open houses can be arranged to bring more potential buyers to visit your listing.  We know that open houses aren't desired by all seller and will only do this at your request.  One of our buyer agents will hold the open house.

  • Homes Magazine ads with photos, info and the website address directing potential buyers to view your listing online has been a very effective combination for our listings.  This is a must when we market your listing.

  • Because our websites have such a presence online, we work with a large number of relocation clients and relocation companies.  The first listings we will show to those clients will be yours.
     

  • Because our websites produce large numbers of buyer clients, we have also worked with many builders and have sold many of their homes to past clients.  Because of this, we have the knowledge to compare, advertise and sell the features of your existing home against new construction homes.  Since we have such a good working relationship with the builder reps, we occasionally get referral calls from them when they do not have homes ready for that buyer who demands to move immediately.  Your listing will be the first we show to our buyer clients.

    • We are always available via mobile phone and list our mobile phone on all advertisements, including the yard sign.
